An integration type is a category of connector — like Slack, Jira, or GitHub. You can have unlimited instances (e.g., 100 different Slack workspaces) under one integration type. You pay for types, not instances.
Is there a limit on event volume?
No. All plans include unlimited events. We believe routing should be predictable — you shouldn't have to worry about usage spikes affecting your bill.
How does multi-tenant pricing work?
There's no per-tenant charge. FlowGate One is multi-tenant by design — one deployment serves all your tenants with logical isolation. You pay the same whether you have 10 tenants or 10,000.
